VMF is a nozzle mixing burner. It can be used to burn light oil, heavy oil, and other flammable liquid fuels, and can also be used to burn most of the combustible industrial gases. The specially designed air-fuel diversion structure is conducive to air-fuel mixing and forming a stable swirling flame field. As a result, VMF is available in higher combustion power configurations. Reasonable air-fuel mixing is also conducive to reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.According to the flow rate of the burner outlet, VMF is mainly divided into two types: medium velocity (MI) and high velocity (HI). The medium-speed type is suitable for burning all kinds of industrial gases, and has a laminar flow type flame with a longer effective length. The high-velocity type can take into account the combustion of flammable liquid fuels such as light oil and heavy oil, and the effective length of the flame is shorter when burning industrial gas.
